The Guardianship program is a dedicated cloud security traineeship for digital talents in the Netherlands. As a Guardian, you will be trained and mentored by experienced cyber security specialists. Under their supervision, you will gain your first hands-on experience and work on real-life cyber security cases.

The journey of a Guardian
First 3 months
Coming on board
Meet your fellow Guardians and mentors and gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel and other tools. Combine this training with studying for the certifications and ace the exams. All of this is paid for by us!
4-6 Months
Departure
Receive soft skills training and be prepared to start as a cloud security professional. Gain consultancy experience at top-tier clients under the supervision of your Security mentor.
7-24 Months
Lifting off
Become an independent cloud security professional and help top-tier clients from different industries tackle their security challenges. Your mentor is always one call away, but you’re becoming a real ‘Guardian’ yourself now!

Landing as a cloud security professional
By now you will have acquired lots of knowledge, certifications, real-life experience, and you have grown a huge cyber security network. It is up to you what to do next. Maybe you will become a mentor yourself!

What is it like to be a Guardian?
This program benefits me in two ways. It gives me the chance of getting used to having meetings with clients, using a system while learning about it. And applying what I have learned to the clients. What I enjoy the most is that if there is a problem, I can go and find out all there is to the problem and figure out how to solve it.
For someone who just moved to the country, the Guardianship program is a perfect set up – learning while doing. I have learned new security platforms with hands-on training, and did most of my Microsoft certifications while being here and still aiming for more. My goal is to enhance my skills while keeping in pace with the ever-changing cyber world.
